Our herd of angus cattle roam happily on the lush green pastures of our property in Wootton. We are passionate about producing quality beef using sustainable and ethical farming practices. Our cattle are pasture fed on a rotational paddock system and drink clean water helping them maintain optimum health. We grow a variety of grasses including kikuyu, rye and cow pea and preserve a couple of paddocks for the production of  silage to ensure the cattle have plenty of quality feed all year round. It is important to us that our animals are treated well throughout their life and this directly impacts the quality of the end product.

When you visit our property you can watch the cattle peacefully grazing. In fact, we like to spend family time out on the property with a picnic relaxing with the herd. There is something calming about spending time with them.

Beef

Yearling pasture fed steers produce tender lean beef which is dry aged for a minimum of 14 days further enhancing the tenderisation process. Pasture fed beef means there has been no growth promotants fed to the cattle and the pastures have no chemical additives either.

Beef Packs

Our Beef Packs range in size to suit a variety of beef eating habits offering a good selection of cuts. We can supply a small pack of 10kg for a couple through to a family size 35kg pack. We vacuum seal the majority of cuts which means they can be kept refrigerated for up to 8 weeks before moving them to the freezer.

We are finding that many of the secondary cuts are just as popular as the primary cuts thanks to the cooking shows demonstrating how these cuts are just as delicious when the right cooking technique is applied.
